The 3D (3-axis) Vibratory Platform with integrated red backlight and 2-liter feed hopper can feed parts from 5 to 40mm in flat or cube shapes, and up to 50mm for long parts such as pins and needles.
Plugins for a variety of robot systems, including UR, is available for download from the Asyril website.
This unit is equipped with a red backlight. Light packs for other colors including, green, blue, white and infrared, can be purchased and easily installed. Backlights can be synchronized through the HMI programming software, robot plug-in or directly with a vision system using the backlight synchronization input.
The 2-liter feed hopper is complete with controller and interface cable. Start/stop vibratory feed is controlled by the Asycube output.
